Delhi. CPJ College of Higher Studies & School of Law, Narela (affiliated to GGSIP University. Delhi) in pursuance of its rich tradition of organizing academic and allied events that expose the students to practical learning, organized “Marketech-2024: 10th National Management & IT Fest” on April 12 & 13, 2024, on the theme “Innovation in Digital Transformation: Navigating the Future”at CPJ College Campus. Dr. Yugank Chaturvedi, Director General together with Dr. Jyotsna Sinha, Director and Dr. Neha Mittal Bhaskar, Dean warmly welcomed the Chief Guest Mr. Rakesh Das, SDM, Narela, and guest of honor Dr. Sunil Kumar Khatri, Dean, Research Innovation and Extension Activities, Dy. Director, AFSTIA and Dr. Sakshi Vermani, Associate Professor, Rishihood University who graced the occasion as Session Chair and expert Member respectively comprising panel of Judges during Technical Session-I & II of 7th National Conference. About 200 students from different Universities & Colleges participated in National conference and various competitions with dedication and enthusiasm.

Dr. Yugank Chaturvedi gave welcome speech who warmly welcomed the Chief Guest, other dignitaries, participants and all those present on the occasion. He motivated the students and said that the main aim of this educative and insightful national festival was to equip the students with new knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Management techniques, methods of how to engaging their peers, employees with the team and fostering a healthy workplace environment. The Chief Guest Mr. Rakesh Das, SDM in his Keynote address said that the theme of the national festival was very relevant and he expressed hope that students, through participation in various competitions, would also learn how to take advantage of latest Technology in reaching their own career goals and the organizational objectives.

The 1st day was devoted to the National Conference, wherein the technical session, creativity and keynote address also suggested how far Artificial intelligence and latest technology can play a role in sustainable quality education, research and development. The 2nd day witnessed Competitive Events of Management & IT in which students participated actively. These competitions included the various events like – Gamer Den, Wall Painting, Mobile Photography, Design Like A Pro, Tap on the Beat, Fun Tussle, ADZAP, Devil follow and Mr. & Ms. Coder competition. The rules and guidelines for judging the competitions were meticulously framed and the competitions were organized smoothly in a planned manner.
Through the Key note address as Chief Guest of Valedictory function Prof. (Dr.) Vijita Singh Aggarwal, Director, International Affairs, GGSIPU, expressly mentioned that outsourcing should not be our main goal. The overriding priority of our country is mainly to achieve technology development in different fields. We are aware of the fact that mere accumulation of basic knowledge is of limited practical use, rather we have to continue to innovate technologically for sustainable growth providing quality jump to economic or social value reaching Developed India@2047 Goal.
At the end the programme concluded successfully with distribution of prizes to the winners and awarding titles of Mr. Coder and Ms. Coder to the deserving students by the Director General and dignitaries and proposing the vote of thanks by Ms. Saumya Goel & Ms. Ishmeet Kaur Sodhi, Conveners, Cultural Committee.
