America’s question on Kashmir: First Pakistan should end terror, then talk to India

Washington , Feb 22 (HS): Prior to the visit to India, the Trump administration has said that India should be ready to negotiate with Pakistan, so it is necessary that Pakistan should take concrete  action against the terrorists on thier soil . President Trump is attempting to de escalate  tensions between India and Pakistan.

Prior to Trump’s visit, the White House said that a meaningful dialogue between India and Pakistan would be possible only when Pakistan take strict actions against its terrorists and extremists on its soil.
