CRPF man shoots self-dead at Civil Secretariat Srinagar

Srinagar, Mar 21 (HS): A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) who was ailing and under treatment committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle in Srinagar this morning. Police said that a CRPF trooper, identified as HC Dilbagh Singh of 23 Battalion, posted at Srinagar civil secretariat, shot himself while on duty early this morning after hearing bullet shot his colleagues rushed towards him and found him in a pool of blood.
The injured Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) man was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead, Police said police has registered a case in this connection and started an investigation.
