You may please look at the video where a lady police personal from Madhya Pradesh is writing on the migrant labour’s forehead with a permanent marker that he has violated the lockdown and that others should stay from him. Such practise was prevalent in the yesteryears especially during the pre-independent period. But today such practise is to keep others informed in case the migrant labour happens to carry the coronavirus.
