Minister Neelkanth Tiwari distributed relief material, inspected the sewer system in the submerged area

Varanasi. The Minister of State for Tourism (Independent Charge) on Friday inspected the flood affected areas in Konia and Navapura areas and distributed relief material from door to door.
The minister observed the increased water level in the flood-prone areas under Koniya ward of his constituency. He himself went to the entire area and distributed relief material to the people, and said that in this calamity, the government is providing all the necessary materials. Directed the administrative officers and local workers present there that no victim’s family should be deprived of relief .

Due to overflow of sewer back in Navapura ward, there has been water logging at many places. On the said occasion, Minister Neelkanth Tiwari reached Jalkal and Jal Nigam officials and observed the situation and immediately directed the officers to solve the problem by using pumps and other necessary machines. There is a lot of happiness among the local people due to the minister visiting daily and monitoring the relief work. On the said occasion, local workers including Mandal President Nalin Nayan Mishra, Councilor Shiv Prakash Maurya, Councilor Rohit Jaiswal, Councilor Vijay Sonkar, Jalkal and Jal Nigam officials were present.
