Nazareth Hospital celebrates 73rd Republic Day

The 73rd Republic Day Celebrations was organized in Nazareth Hospital premises as scheduled at 09:30 a.m. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Honourable Mr. Tej Pratap Singh Yadav, Regional Commissioner EPF Prayagraj. The programme was also attended by Rev. Fr. Vipin D’Souza, Administrator Nazareth Hospital, Sr. Moncy CSN, Hospital Matron, Doctors, Nursing fraternity & Staffs of the Hospital. For the function all Covid precautions were strictly enforced.

The programme began with a Prayer song led by Nazareth choir. Then, Rev. Fr. Louis Mascarenhas, the Director of Nazareth Hospital accorded a cordial welcome to our Hon’ble Chief Guest and other distinguished guests, along with members of the Nazareth Family, present. The Chief Guest was presented with a floral welcome bouquet by the Director Rev. Fr. Louis Mascarenhas. The national flag was unfurled and hoisted by the Chief Guest with the national anthem being sung by the Hospital choir.

In his brief address to the audience present, the Chief Guest dwelt and spoke on the significance and national importance of the Republic Day and also wanted all of us to be Proud Indians and take pride in the achievement and growth of our country in all spheres of nation building. He also acknowledged the Quality and Efficient Delivery of Medical Health Services of Nazareth Hospital for the needy people of Prayagraj and its neighboring Districts. He exhorted and desired the Nazareth family members to achieve more growth with excellence and success in their endeavours.

The Chief Guest was honored and presented with a Hospital memento by Dr. Ashok Agarwal, MS. the Chief Medical Superintendent. The Hospital choir then gave a beautiful rendition of a National Patriotic song. The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks followed by refreshments for all the present guests.
