Nikon’s Workshop Organized in Journalism and Mass Communication Department

A one-day workshop has been organized by the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication of Berhampur University on Friday. In this workshop organized by the team of Nikon India, Prof. Gobind Chakrapani, Vice Chancellor and Prof. Pratap Kumar Mohanty, PG Council chairmam were present as the chief guests. Mr. Pallab Pal, Technical Officer, Nikon India explained the characteristics of a good photography. Various photograpic techniques were demonstrated in this workshop. The team included Mr. Devesh Majhi, Deputy Manager, Nikon India, Mr. Debanshu Patnaik, AGM, Distribution Department, and Mr. Santosh Bez, Route Trainer, discussed various aspects of photography. In this more than 80 students were involved in this workshop. Department’s other Faculties Dr. Agni Kumar Behera, Dr. Raj Kishore Patra, Mr Swayam Prakash Bedanta and miss Kamalika Das were present in this workshop. At the end of the workshop, HOD of JMC dept. Dr. Bandita Panda gave the vote of thanks.
