Republic Day Celebrations held at Nazareth Hospital

Prayagraj. The 74thRepublic Day Celebrations was organized in Nazareth Hospital premises as scheduled at 09:00 a.m. The Guests of Honourfor the occasion was Hon’bleMr. Rajesh Mishra, DyLabour Commissioner Prayagraj, and Hon’bleMr. KunwarPankajChief Revenue Officer Prayagraj.

The programme began with a Prayer song led by Nazareth choir. Then, Rev. Fr. Vipin D’Souza, Administrator of Nazareth Hospital, accorded a warm welcome to our Hon’ble Guests of Honour and Hospital Consultants and Doctors, along with the entire Nazareth Family, present. The Guests of Honourwere presented with a floral welcome bouquet by Dr. Ashok Agarwal Chief Medical Superintendent. The National Flag was unfurled and hoisted by the Guests of Honour with the National Anthem being enthusiastically sung by all present.

In their brief address to the audience present, the Guestsof Honourdwelt and spoke on the significanceand national importance of the Republic Day and also wanted all of us to be Proud Indians and take pride in the achievement and growth of our country in all spheres of nation building. Rich Tributes were paid to Baba Bhim Rao Ambedkarwho gave us the Indian Constitution, through which we Indians were conferred un-paralleled rights of freedom in all respects and our India today has achieved phenomenal growth in all spheres and is acknowledged world over.

The Guestsof Honourwas honored and presented with a Hospital memento by Dr. R P Shukla; MD and Mr. AkhilPattnaikAddl Administrator. The Hospital choir then gave a beautiful rendition of a National Patriotic song.

The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Rev. Sr. Alweena CSN Principal, Nazareth School of Nursing, followed by refreshments for all the present guests.
