School of Film and Mass Communication, SHUATS Allahabad hosted an audition for short films ‘Muafi’ and ‘Aam ka bagh’ on 27 Feb 2020

School of Film and Mass Communication, SHUATS Allahabad hosted an audition for short films ‘Muafi’ and ‘Aam ka bagh’ on 27 Feb 2020between 10 am at the Shooting floor, Mass communication department, SHUATS. The short film will be shot under the supervision of Asst Prof. Ram Mani Tripathi and Asst Prof. Aneesha Henry. The auditions started after Dr. Ashish Alexander Dean SFMC lead into a prayer. Around 90 talented artists which included theatre actors, college students, bank professionals, became a part of the audition for the short films which is based on the harsh reality of our Indian society. The film ‘Muafi’ will be directed by Sania Abbas, cinematography Shivank Pandey, script writers Mohd Umar and Vidushi Khanna, production under Raveena Dutt and Varsha. The film ‘Aam Ka Bagh’ will be directed by Vartika Nand, script writers Anchal Chaurasiya, Abhinav Shukla and Sharon, cinematography Zaigam Abbas, production under Supriya and Saad. The students will commence their shootings by March 6 in Allahabad.
