SHUATS organizes campus drive, 25 gets selection

Prayagraj: Directorate of Career Planning & Counseling, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology And Sciences (SHUATS), Prayagraj organized campus placement drive for the students of B.Sc. Dairing, B.Sc. Food Technology, MBA Agribusiness, B.Tech. Biotechnology, B.Sc. Biotechnology and B.Tech Food Technology with two recruiting agencies Basan Dairy and Intellipaat Software Solutions Pvt Ltd.

In his address, Director CPC Dr. Deva Raj Badugu highlighted the importance of organizing campus placement drives in university, especially for the professional academic programmes. He asked the final year students to actively participate in the drive and assured that more such campus placement drives shall be conducted in future. According to Dr. Deva Raj Badugu, 20 students of B.Sc. Dairying, B.Sc. Food Technology, MBA Agribusiness courses got selected for the post of Milk Procurement Supervisor offered by Basan Dairy. Similarly, two students of B.Tech. Biotechnology, two students of B.Tech. Food Technology and one student of B.Sc. Biotechnology have been recruited by Intellipaat Software Solutions Pvt Ltd for the post of Business Development Trainee.

Selected students gave credit of their success to the academic environment of the University and the quality education provided by the faculty members. The Vice Chancellor, Most Rev. Prof.(Dr.) Rajendra B. Lal, congratulated the selected students and wished them a golden career ahead.
