SHUATS student gets 10th position in ICAR JRF national ranking
Prayagraj: SHUATS student Nidhi Pandey has brought pride to SHUATS as well as the Uttar Pradesh by securing 10th position in the national ranking in the JRF examination conducted by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi.
Head of GPB Department Dr. Vaidurya Pratap Shahi said that ICAR had conducted the JRF examination at the all India level for PhD admission in which SHUATS student Nidhi Pandey secured 10th position while Aasi Vaishnavi secured 21st position and Kiran M. secured 71 position at the national level.
Dr. Shahi shared that SHUATS students have also made their mark in the UP Joint Agriculture and Technology Entrance Examination in which Madhavendra Kumar Pathak secured first position in the state. Similarly, Yagvendra Saubhari secured second position, Tipu Patel secured third position, Srijal Sahu secured fifth position, Nitesh Kumar Singh secured sixth position, Harivendra secured ninth position at State level. All the students have been selected for PhD in Seed Science and Technology.
SHUATS Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Rajendra B. Lal congratulated all the successful students and wished them a bright future. The Vice Chancellor also appreciated the contribution of the faculty members of the University.
