SHUATS students to share their views in district level youth parliament

Naini, Prayagraj: Youth Parliament Festival 2021 is being organized by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, National Service Scheme and Nehru Youth Center. In this event, students have been invited to discuss various important topics. Three students were selected based on their performance in a virtual conference conducted by SHUATS NSS. These students will keep their views in the district level youth parliament.

There was a panel of three judges for the selection of students in the virtual conference, which included Mudita Srivastava, Dr. Deepak Kumar Bose and Satyam Kumar Kesari. In the virtual meeting, three girls Adiba Fatima, Shoaiba and Samroz were selected to participate in the Youth Parliament. Mr. Satyam Kumar Kesari said that Adiba and Shoaiba will share their views on the National Education Policy while Samroz will speak on zero budget natural farming boon for farmers in District Youth Parliament.

Coordinator Dr. Rohit Lal said that this Youth Parliament will strengthen the roots of democracy, inculcate healthy habits of discipline, tolerance of the view of others and to enable the student community to know about practices and procedures of the Parliament.
