The Prayagraj District Administration ignoring the court Orders :P.K Roy

Prayagraj, October 25.Undoubtedly, the District administration of Prayagraj have done a daredevil job by ignoring the three orders of the then Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court, Dr. D.Y Chandrachud and sitting Justice of the Supreme Court, in connection with idol’s immersion site, situated near to Ram ghat, as informed to press by Mr. P.K Roy, Secretary of the Bengali Welfare Association( BWA).

The shifting of the immersion site from artificial pond of Kali Sadak, as stated by the then Chief Justice in the year 2014 and two PIL of 2015, by the Prayagraj District administration to the natural pond of Aandhwa village is a clear cut violation of the three orders of the then Chief Justice, Dr. Chandrachud and as well the violation of Central Pollution Control Board’s guidelines of 2020.

In the mean time, the BWA Secretary have filed Contempt Petition against the shifting of immersion site to Andhwa, in the last year, since the District administration did not go for any modification of the said earlier orders of the CJ court, in connection with the change of immersion site.
