Today, per capita income of people of Noida is more than that of Delhi: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

Noida, 02 March. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that it is the outcome of positive result that per capita income of the people of Noida is more than that of the people in Delhi today. “Development projects in Noida and Greater Noida Authority have gained momentum in the last three years. A new image of Uttar Pradesh appears to be presented in front of the entire world whenever there are discussions about these authorities,” he said. After the completion of the projects which were inaugurated and whose foundation were laid here today, the resolution of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Smart City Scheme will appear to be fulfilled, he said.

The Chief Minister on Monday inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 19 projects worth Rs 2,821 crore in the Botanical Garden of Sector-38. Addressing the gathering, he said that we all have to be mentally prepared to realize the vision of smart city. It is not just the work of the officials and public representatives. Thus, participation is also required. He further said that to realize the vision of ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas’, the people here are getting projects worth Rs. 2,821 crore by Noida Authority. A multilevel parking at a cost of Rs 580 crore has also been inaugurated here, where around 7,500 cars can be parked at the same time. In addition, the work of the Zila Sanyukta Chikitsalay has also been completed at a cost of Rs 344 crore which will benefit all the residents of Noida.

CM Yogi said that the foundation stone of Noida Convention and Habitat Center, two STPs with a capacity of 100 MLD is also being laid. The state government has also arranged funds for a flyover, an ITMS center and a golf course. Apart from working on the plan for underpass construction, the process of setting up a start up hub for youth is also being initiated here. As most of the industrial institutes of the country are here, so effort should be made to connect these institutions with different industries. The state government is creating youth hubs for youth in every district and efforts are being made to connect 5,000 youth with each hub. Under apprentice scheme, Rs. 2,500 will be given as honorarium per month, he added.

He said that Jewar Airport is the outcome of positive thinking for development. Millions of youth will get employment at Jewar Airport. After 73 years of Independence, the country’s largest aircraft maintenance and repair center is being established near Jewar Airport, which will generate immense job opportunities for millions of youth. He said that our government has implemented police commissioner system for smart policing in smart city Noida. Uttar Pradesh has immense potential and to take these possibilities forward, 23 crore people of Uttar Pradesh will have to move ahead together, the Chief Minister said.

The Chief Minister said that Noida has become a new media hub. The media can play a positive role, if it propagates good work then people will get inspired. Today, a positive image of Uttar Pradesh has been established all over the world. He said that no such work should be done at any level, which causes problem to the common man. The Prime Minister always says that that work for people and make life easy, the CM said.
