Will not tolerate those who create disturbances in Hindu festivals and religious events: VHP
New Delhi. October 7, 2024. Dr. Surendra Jain, Central Joint General Secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, has said today that the entire Hindu society is determined to protect the honor of revered saints and mother power by maintaining the purity and sanctity of Hindu festivals or great events like Kumbh. The government, administration and society will have to be vigilant against those who create disturbances in these events. We will not tolerate those who desecrate these festivals and religious events.
While extending his heartfelt wishes of Navratri to all the countrymen, he said that he prays to Maa Durga to give us the strength so that we can end the conspiracies of anti-nationals and anti-Hindus and fulfill our resolve to make India the top country in the world.
He said that the specialty of Hindu society is that its festivals are full of shades of different colors. Dandiya dance is a unique event of worship of Maa Durga. This is a completely religious event in which only those who are devoted to Maa Durga participate. Unfortunately, Jihadis with a perverted mindset have started entering Dandiya Pandals with their dirty intentions. Just yesterday, in a Dandiya Pandal in Bhagyanagar (Hyderabad), a Jihadi, Irshad Khan, tried to do obscene acts by holding the hand of a Hindu girl. When the family protested, he ran away from there but the family has lodged a complaint with the police.
Dr Jain also said that we keep getting news of various types of dirty acts of these lustful Jihadis. Sometimes teasing a Hindu girl and sometimes throwing acid on the girl when they are stopped, what kind of civilization is this? We also get news of stone pelting. These people always try to corrupt our worship material and Prasad. The whole world is troubled by their bestial lust, which has been named as Love Jihad. In such a situation, if the workers of VHP, Bajrang Dal and other Hindu organizations stop the entry of Jihadis in Durga Puja pandals, then what wrong are they doing? Don’t we have the right to protect our faith and the modesty and self-respect of our sisters and daughters? Accidents cannot be waited for. We know that prevention lies in caution.
Describing the Hindu youths engaged in this pious work of protection as ‘Hindu Dharma Rakshak’, he said that they should be respected. Unfortunately, some people suffering from secularism use objectionable words for them. We want to ask them whether they have ever shown the courage to call those who practice spit jihad, urine in juice, stone pelting on Hindu festivals and those who tear Hindu girls into pieces as Jihadi goons, while they do not hesitate to raise the slogan of Pakistan Zindabad while holding the flag of Palestine or Jihadi terrorist organizations in their hands? Now it is understood who gives cover fire to these Jihadis.
He also said that at the instigation of fundamentalist leaders like Owaisi and these secularists, these Jihadis will leave no opportunity to disrupt the sanctity of the holy occasion of Kumbh. Therefore, the demand made by the saints and sages to ban the entry of Jihadis in the Kumbh Mela is absolutely justified. Can’t we use our constitutional right to protect the sanctity of our beliefs? VHP warns the Jihadis that they should give up some of their intentions, only then can they talk about co-existence. Remember that harmony cannot be one-sided.
