Yogi’s budget will play a big role in making UP one trillion dollar economy: Economists

February 18, Lucknow. In the budget 2020-2021, the Yogi government has emphasized on promoting self-employment among youth, which the economists consider as a very positive step. The government has taken care of every section in the budget, and youth welfare have been at the centre here.

According to senior economist Prof AP Tiwari, all efforts have been made to ensure balanced development of all sections and regions of the state in this budget. He said that the decision to make District Youth Hub will take Uttar Pradesh way ahead. The government has given preference to the youth in the budget, which will give a boost to self-employment.

AP Tiwari said that an effort has been made to speed up the development of the state by developing infrastructure facilities. According to him, this budget will play a big role in making UP’s economy one trillion dollar.

Economist Dr. Bharti Pandey said that this budget of the Yogi government is going to provide a solid ground for Uttar Pradesh. Special attention has been given to youth, women and farmers in this budget. Dr Pandey said that in order to provide employment to the youth, the announcement of creating youth hub and provision of Rs 50 crore for each district under it is a commendable decision. The decision to set up the Rajya Niti Ayog on the lines of the central government in the budget is a good step.
