April 9, Washington:

Trump took U-turn and applauded Modi after threatening retaliation. After threatening India last Saturday Donald Trump took a U-turn this Wednesday and instead praised Narendra Modi for removing the ban on the export of the medicine hydroxychloroquine. The American president in an interview with Sean Hannity of Fox News said ” I didn’t hear that that was his decision. I know that he stopped it for other countries. I spoke to him yesterday we had a very good talk and we will see whether or not that’s his… I would be surprised if he would, you know because India does very well with the united states. For many years, they have been taking advantage of U.S on trade so I would be surprised that was his decision. He would have to tell me that. I spoke to him Sunday morning, called him, and I said we appreciate your allowing our simply to come out.. if he doesn’t allow it to come out..if he doesn’t allow it to come out that would be okay but, of course, there may be retaliation, why wouldn’t be there”. For using the word retaliation, Donald Trump got criticism from Indians in America as well as in India. Meanwhile, in India, the opposition leaders and the press questioned Narendra Modi diplomacy. Later on, yesterday when the Indian government allowed export of Hydroxy Chloro Quine (HCQ) medicine, the opposition leaders in India called it a surrender of Modi to Trump.

Why Modi removed sanction:

Not only America but many countries asked India for HCQ medicine. King of Bahrain, Prime Minister of Australia, Brazil, Israel, Spain, France, and Germany also called Prime Minister of India for this medicine. The Indian government has clearly said that this time priority is to save each citizen of the country, first, it would examine the stock after the decision will be taken. India has four manufacturing plants of HCQ medicine and produce about 70% of medicine of the world’s manufacturing. India can produce 20 crore tablets about 40 tonnes tablets in a month. It is great to see progress in development as India is prepared to export 29 million doses from Gujrat plant and chief minister of Gujrat, Vijay Rupani has taken charge in this matter.

Donald Trump’s reaction to removing sanction of export by India:

After the threatening statement, Trump took a U-turn and said in praise of Modi that he knew Modi had sanctioned export to complete India need first and it was his decision. He said he has very good personal relation with Modi and he is very good human being, he also said that in name of humanity Modi will definitely help him. At a press conference, Trump said “Lot of people are looking at it and saying you know I don’t hear bad stories. And I do not hear anything where it causing death. In addition to all this Trump has announced that if America makes medicine soon, he will send it to India”.

Soon election is going to happen in America and he will try every single step to take America out of this disaster and become a hero. This time about 4 lakh corona cases are active and 12,850 deaths have already happened which may prove a dark spot on the Trump regime.

What is hydroxychloroquine?

Hydroxychloroquine is a disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMARD). It regulates the activity of the immune system, which may be overactive in some conditions. Hydroxychloroquine can modify the underlying disease process, rather than simply treating the symptoms.

Hydroxychloroquine is used to treat:

  • rheumatoid arthritis
  • discoid and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)
  • juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA).

Over the long term, hydroxychloroquine can reduce pain, swelling, and joint stiffness. If you have lupus, it may also improve the rash. It may be as long as 12 weeks before you notice the benefits.

Hydroxychloroquine is often taken in combination with other drugs such as methotrexate.
