Bharat Vikas Parishad Prayag Branch honoured the city’s renowned doctors and chartered accountants

Prayagraj. Bharat Vikas Parishad, Prayag Branch celebrated National Doctors Day and Chartered Accountants Day at Hotel Prayag Inn. On this occasion, the chief guest of the programme Padmashri Dr Raj Baveja said that he was able to perform his work well due to the inspiration of his Gurus and today on this occasion, I am remembering all my Gurus and paying my respects to them. Dr Raj Baveja was honoured by the Parishad by presenting him a memento and a shawl.
Senior Chartered Accountant Shri Vinay Kumar Agrawal said that the work of doctors and accounts is the same, one takes care of people’s physical health and the other takes care of people’s financial condition.
On this occasion, the famous senior doctor of the city, Professor Dr SC Gupta was honoured with “Dr BL Agrawal Smriti Samman” and Professor Dr D.K. Nigam was honoured with “Padma Shri Dr. J.B. Banerjee Smriti Samman” and senior chartered accountant Mr. Vinay Kumar Agarwal was honoured with “Vishisht Chartered Accountant Samman”. On behalf of Bharat Vikas Parishad Prayag branch, President Dr. Mrs. Alpana Agarwal welcomed the chief guest, all doctors and chartered accountants and all the members present.

Dr. B.L. Agarwal’s son-in-law, Engineer Vinod Kumar introduced Dr. B.L. Agarwal and Dr. J.B. Banerjee’s son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Bhaskar Banerjee and Dr. Meera Banerjee, to Dr. J.B. Banerjee’s works and personality.

On this occasion, other doctors and chartered accountants present in the program were also honored by presenting them with Angavastram.
