Fatehpur Sampat Kumar son of late Madan Gopal and Madhuri Devi wife of Ram Prakash, residents of Phulwa Mau village of Radhanagar police station area of the district, while giving a complaint application to the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police, told that land plot number 153/0.2300, 1715/1.8100, 1615/1.0098, 1539/3.5720, 1716/0.3800, 1556/0.1378, 1717/0.2400, 1550/0.4003, 1551/0.1300 hectares, totaling 7.9987 hectares, is being occupied by the victims’ 1/6 and 1/6 share, and told that they are not entitled to the said land.

They are co-shareholders of the Gats. The victims told that their co-shareholders Vishambar, Rakesh, Ajay, Awadhesh etc. along with their family members are hell bent on illegally occupying the land on the strength of their dominance and are not allowing the victims to plough and sow their share of land. The victim told that he temporarily resides in Raj Rani Colony Bahua Road Police Station Radhanagar in the city and his native village is Phulwamau and he has ancestral land in the village. When the victim went to plough his field today, the said bullies chased him with sticks. The victims told that their name is mentioned as Bhumidhar tenant in the revenue records. On which the victims have given a complaint application to the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police today on 25th November and have appealed to take legal action against the said bullies and get justice.
