Handed over of recovered mobile Phone by RPF Staff of Puri on 15.11.2021, valued about Rs-14000/

On 14.11.2021 at about-19.00 hrs, on duty RPF Officer [ASI B.K.Bal] recovered a mobile Phone [Model- VIVO-Y21, valued about-Rs-14000/-], while was lying in “Yatri niwas” near circulating area in unclaimed condition. As the recovered mobile phone was in locked condition, so the above named RPF Officer brought the same at RPF Post Puri for further hand over to the concern owner & also informed the matter to IIC RPF Puri. At about- 21.15 hrs a call received on the recovered Phone & caller given his identity as Satya Narayan Mishra, At-Bali Sahi, PS-Sea Beach, Dist-Puri [Odisha]. Further he informed that, on the evening of 14.11.2021, his father [Purna Chandra Mishra] came at Puri Railway Station to see off his relatives and after returned from Station during night time, he noticed his Phone was not available. The above named person also requested to keep his mobile Phone at RPF Post Puri till his reaching. Today at about-10.00 hrs, the concern person attended RPF Post Puri and after initial verification the recovered mobile Phone handed over to him.
