SHUATS VC honours Grappling team

The Vice Chancellor Most Rev. Prof. Rajendra B. Lal has honoured the Grappling team of the Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences for his excellent performance in the all India inter university grappling championship held at MDU, Rohtak. The Vice Chancellor also appreciated the efforts of coach, Head of Physical Education Department and Athletic Committee of the University.
Giving this information Chairman Athletic Committee Er. C.J. Wasley said that the Grappling team of SHUATS has performed very well in all India inter university grappling championship held at MDU, Rohtak in which University got two silver medals in men’s category followed by four silver and 10 bronze medals in women’s category. The SHUATS also got over all runner up in women’s category. On the occasion Pro VC (PMD) Prof. Rev. S. Herbert, Prof. P.J. George, Associate Dean Dr. Shyamla Masih, HoD Dr. Sunita B.
