Ex- servicemen interaction organized in Prayagraj

PRAYAGRAJ: Ex-Servicemen interaction (Terriers Sampark) was organized at New Cantt, Prayagraj on Wednesday to reach out to the Veterans, Veer Naris and their dependents to address the problems and issues faced by them pertaining to their pensionary benefits and ECHS facilities. Terriers Sampark attracted about 100 Ex-servicemen and their dependents from various districts in and around Prayagraj district to share their grievances and concerns. A team from PCDA led by Lt Col Ranjan Kumar, OIC, DPCC, PCDA (Pension) and representative of ECHS attended the event and solved most of the problems “On the spot”. Other pending issues were noted for speedily redressal. The event was highly appreciated by the veterans and requested for similar events in future also, informed Samir Gangakhedkar, Gp Capt, Public Relations Officer, Ministry of Defence, Prayagraj.
