Man gives triple talaq to his wife, allegedly forces her to perform nikah-halala

Farrukhabad: A instance of triple talaq and physical abuse on a lady has come to light in Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh. Arshi Fatima, the victim, alleges that her husband, Ali Ashraf Qadri, gave her triple and is now putting pressure on her to undergo nikah halala with her father-in-law. Her spouse has allegedly threatened to murder her. In August 2022, the victim filed a complaint with the Maudarvaja Police Department. However, no action was taken. The victim filed a complaint with the office of DM Sanjay Kumar. The victim stepped in front of the car as additional magistrate Narendra Kumar was leaving the office, and security officers handed over the complaint to the magistrate.After that, the DM arrived and promised her that the proper measures would be taken. “I submitted a report against the accused under crime number 373/2022, Section 323 of the Muslim Women Act, and reported to police station Maudarvaja,” the victim wrote in her complaint. The police have not yet taken any legal action against the suspects. The woman also claimed that she was trashed and that he threatened her with a firearm, claiming that her dead corpse would not be found if she tried to sue him. Sayeedullah, Rihanna, Nida, Faizi, Shoaib, Mushir, and Sarwar Hafiz are among those charged.
